Shipping Policy

1. Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly, but we will notify you if any delays occur. Once the order is packed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Multiple shipments

If you ordered several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. This happens when products are shipped from different warehouses or suppliers. Each package will have its own tracking link if available.

3. Tracking information

Tracking updates may take 2–4 days to appear after dispatch. Some local carriers update their systems less frequently, especially during weekends or holidays.

4. Incorrect address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete address. We cannot refund orders that fail to be delivered due to incorrect address information provided during checkout.

5. Lost, delayed or stuck packages

If your parcel is significantly delayed, stuck in transit or appears lost, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. If the item cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or refund.

6. Damaged items on arrival

If your product arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours with photos or video. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
