You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Incorrect or incomplete data may result in delays or failure of delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full card numbers.

5. Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown on product pages but may differ depending on customs, weather, logistics or supplier delays. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Tracking information is provided whenever available.

6. Product information

Product images and descriptions are provided by suppliers. Minor differences in color, packaging or design may occur due to manufacturing updates or screen display variations.

7. Returns & refunds

We accept returns in cases of damaged, defective or wrong items, according to our Refund Policy. Items must be reported within the specified timeframe.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer, courier delays, or third-party payment provider issues.
